Why Clients Come to Us

Measured, Written, Informed

Written Analysis, Not Just Opinions

Every instruction produces a written note the client may keep, share with family, or use as the basis for further advice — not a verbal summary that fades from memory.

Defined Scope at a Fixed Fee

Each service is priced before work begins. There are no open-ended retainers and no unexpected additions. Clients know the cost of each step before they take it.

Thai-Qualified Legal Counsel

The firm's practitioners hold Thai bar qualifications and maintain familiarity with the pension authority procedures, calculation frameworks, and court requirements that govern these matters.

Plain-Language Communication

Legal correspondence is translated into plain English throughout. Clients receive a written account of each development so that decisions remain in their hands, made at their own pace.

Calm, Unhurried Process

Pension matters often affect older clients under some stress. The firm communicates at a pace the client can follow, without pressure and without alarm, at each stage of the matter.

Confidential Handling

All pension documents, financial details, and personal information are handled under strict professional obligations. Client files are not shared outside the firm without express written instruction.

Taking the First Step

A Pension Decision Review Is Often the Right Starting Point

Many clients find it useful to begin with a written analysis of the decision they have received before deciding on any further course of action. This keeps options open and gives a clear basis for the next conversation.

Common Questions

Questions Clients Often Raise

What types of pension matters does the firm handle?

The firm focuses on pension decisions issued by Thai government authorities and related bodies, including disputes about benefit calculations, eligibility determinations, and decisions made after administrative review. Matters involving foreign pension authorities may also be considered where there is a Thai legal dimension.

How does the Pension Decision Review work in practice?

The client provides the firm with the decision document and any relevant correspondence. A solicitor reads the decision, checks it against the applicable calculation rules, and produces a written note — typically within five to seven working days — explaining what the decision says, what it appears to be based on, and what options remain open.

Is there a time limit for filing an administrative appeal?

Administrative appeal deadlines vary depending on the authority and the type of decision. It is advisable to contact the firm promptly after receiving a decision, so that time limits can be checked and any urgent filing arranged if needed. The review note produced under Service 1 will address this point specifically.

What if the administrative appeal is unsuccessful?

If the administrative phase does not resolve the matter, the client has the opportunity to consider court proceedings. The firm will explain the outcome of the appeal in a written note and set out what further steps are available, so the decision about proceeding rests fully with the client.

Are fees fixed or could they increase?

The fees shown — 4,300 THB, 8,500 THB, and 14,500 THB — represent the cost of each defined service as described. If a matter requires work outside the scope of a given service, this is discussed and agreed in writing before any additional work is undertaken.

How is client information kept private?

All personal and financial information provided to the firm is held under professional confidentiality obligations. Documents are not shared outside the firm except as required to conduct the matter, and only with the client's knowledge. The firm's approach to data handling is described in the Privacy Policy.
